AI overseas buyer discovery & qualification · Commercial MVP in development
- Product definition: Defined a factory-to-buyer workflow covering product understanding, buyer personas, discovery, research, qualification, scoring, approach suggestions and CRM.
- Engineering: Implemented a backend vertical slice with query planning, search-provider abstraction, document extraction, replay discovery and a dashboard.
- Decision interface: Designed buyer intelligence around separate match scores and evidence coverage, visible contact verification and a human review step before contact readiness.
- Next validation: Preparing factory and export-team trials to assess candidate relevance and gaps in qualification. Commercial MVP remains in development.

Developing a prototype around TikTok Shop and cross-border commerce workflows, from product analysis and selection to listing generation, pricing and operations. Exploring shop/API integration and multi-market support. The goal is to make product decisions and operational steps easier to review and repeat.
AI Product Analysis API

Built a runnable FastAPI service with /health and /analyze endpoints and standardized analysis output. Packaged the service with Docker and added pytest and CI for repeatable engineering checks, turning a product-analysis idea into an API that can be run and tested.
